If upon receipt of your order you are not totally satisfied we will take it back or replace it however it must be within 7 days of receipt of item. WE DO NOT PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING UNLESS DAMAGE OR INCORRECT ITEM SHIPPED

CARE

All our shipments go through stringent quality control prior to leaving our factory and again prior to leaving our Los Angeles offices Jewelry must be returned in their original gj.gillian julius organza or velvet bag with all care labels attached and must be new and unworn and in the condition as originally shipped from our Los Angeles office

NOTIFICATION OF RECEIPT

We will notify you within 1 business day once we have received your package and processed your request.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION

Please do not send back without a Return Authorization
we only accept returns via UPS or Fedex . please keep a copy of your tracking number All goods returned without valid Return Authorization codes will be bounced and returned to sender with return request denied Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. any goods ordered but not accelpted will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee plus shipping both ways

REFUNDS

Only items that have been purchased through www.gillianjulius.com can be returned using our instructions.

You may return your order for a full refund or replacement within 5 days of receipt of merchandise
In order to receive a reimbursement or replacement, customers MUST have a valid Gillian Julius Inc RA # and ship the merchandise back UPS GROUND. All returns must be shipped within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
All refunds do not include shipping fees. Customers are responsible for all outbound and return shipping costs. Exceptions will be made for defective items only.
All returns MUST be in new and unused condition in original packaging with care labels attached

Credit card refunds will be issued by Gillian Julius Inc within 48 hours of receipt and approval of return item .
