RETURN POLICY
All goods are thoroughly inspected prior to our release from our manufacturing plant , they are then inspected upon receipt into our shipping facility and once again prior to shipping to customers
If upon receipt of your order you are not totally satisfied we will take it back or replace it however it must be within 7 days of receipt of item and ONLY with a valid Return Authorization Number issued by Gillian Julius Inc. Goods being returned for inspection replacement or refund and with a valid RA# must be received at Gillian Julius Inc within 7 days from receipt of RA# If goods are requested as return as deemed by customer to be defective it must still be claimed defective within initial 7 days of receipt of goods .We will issue you a return authorization code which must be placed on outside of return box . Upon receipt of said goods we will inspect goods and if deemed defective we will replace with a new inspected item of jewelry or a credit issued for the original invoice amount. All returned items whether defective or not must be returned in original organza or velvet bag and with labels attached . Goods returned without labels and shipping bags will be deemed as unable to resell and as such customer will be only be given a 50% refund on initial purchase

We will notify you within 1 business day once we have received your package and processed your request. This applies to ONLY goods given a Return Authorization number (placed on outside of return package) and does not apply to refused or bounced goods.

REFUNDS
Only items that have been purchased through www.gillianjulius.com can be returned using our instructions.
You may return your order for a full refund or replacement within 7 days of receipt of merchandise but only with valid return authorization code issued by Gillian Julius Inc
In order to receive a reimbursement or replacement, customers MUST have a valid Gillian Julius Inc RA # stated on outside of return package and ship the merchandise back UPS GROUND. All returns must be shipped within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
All refunds do not include shipping fees . Refused or bounced goods are charged ACTUAL shipping costs and not courtesy charges stated on gillianjulius.com Customers are responsible for all outbound and return shipping costs. Exceptions will be made for defective items only.
